We are an advertising & marketing agency that specializes in Point-of-Sale TV Networks, and helped pioneer this industry. In 1991, MOTOTV co-founder Gary Halpin launched Blockbuster TV inside 900 Blockbuster Video stores. By 1995, Blockbuster TV was increasing rentals and sales at 7,500+ locations throughout the United States, Canada and UK by an average of 15.6%. Gary has consulted on numerous in-store networks and currently is on the Advisory Board for the Digital Signage Association, helping develop measurement metrics as well as a consistent message within the industry.
Chris Mosera was a Creative Director at J Walter Thompson, one of the world’s largest advertising agencies, and steered the creative Western Region Ford account for 10 years.
A job he stumbled across while looking for a dirt bike in the newspaper, his experience with dealers is a huge asset when it comes to developing the content and creative that works in store and on MOTOTV.
We have built and consulted on networks for Ford, Mazda, Lennox, RedBull, GM Goodwrench, HCX Salons, Nicorette Racing, Lowe’s, Petsmart, Petco, Kaiser Permanante and hopefully YOU!

A graduate of American Supercamp, Gary is honing his dirt skills but more importantly his polished in-store network experience will help drive sales at your store.
Surf, Snow, Wakes, Dirt, Blacktop... Chris works hard and plays harder. Chris resides in the Rockies with three dirtbikes, a shifter kart and a dozen other toys.
